Join Measure Marketing's growing SEO team as a Paid Outreach Link Building Specialist. You will be responsible for acquiring high-quality backlinks through outreach campaigns and partnerships, using white-hat SEO strategies. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve client website rankings and organic traffic. Develop and execute strategic paid outreach campaigns, identify high-quality websites and influencers, and build relationships with webmasters and publishers. Negotiate and manage paid placements, monitor backlink profiles, and track performance metrics. Stay current with SEO best practices and Google updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in link building, preferably in a paid outreach or agency environment
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and white-hat link building techniques
  • Proven track record of securing high-quality backlinks through outreach
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, etc
  • Knowledge of backlink metrics (DA, DR, spam score, traffic, etc)
  • Ability to analyze competitor backlink profiles and reverse-engineer strategies
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with content marketing and copywriting
  • Previous work with international or multi-language campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic paid outreach campaigns to acquire backlinks from authoritative websites
  • Identify high-quality websites and influencers for link opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and publishers
  • Negotiate and manage paid placements, sponsored content, and collaborations
  • Monitor backlink profiles, ensure link quality, and remove toxic or low-quality links
  • Track and report outreach performance metrics (e.g., placements, response rates, DA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between outreach strategy and content themes
  • Stay current with SEO and link-building best practices, tools, and Google updates
