Summary

Join Qonto, a leading finance workspace provider in Europe, and become our Website Designer. As part of a 90+ designer team, you will craft intuitive and impactful experiences for 700,000 monthly website visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining Qonto's brand image and design system, proposing layouts that align with optimization and conversion goals, and working with high-performance analytics tools. This role demands expertise in UI/UX, responsive design, and multicultural considerations. You will collaborate with various teams, including Growth Engineers and the Conversion & SEO team, to continuously improve website performance. Requirements

• Strong Digital Design Skills : With over 4 years of experience in web design and UI/UX, you possess advanced skills in web and visual design. You are proficient in Figma and have hands-on experience building websites from the ground up
• Excellent analytical skills : You are data-driven and know how to generate creative ideas based on data insights, understanding how design decisions impact conversion metrics
• Design System Expertise : You have experience developing and maintaining a Design System from scratch. You'll tackle the challenge of enhancing our system through innovative creation, beyond simple reuse
• Sense of ownership : You successfully lead your projects and share your approach and expertise to continuously improve the team's work, adopting a "Right First Time" mindset
• Great team player : You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as growth & design, local markets, and developers, communicating fluently in English to engage with all international team members

Responsibilities

• Deliver intuitive and scalable design , focusing on usability and experience, by keeping in mind our users' interests to come up with user-centric design solutions
• Give life to the brand, define and deliver high-quality pages & visual assets, by conveying a seamless experience from ads to the app, from discovery to delivery
• Guard and upgrade the system, by participating in the conception and enrichment of our Design System
• Continuous improvement by working closely with the Growth & marketing team to extract learnings through regular A/B & test performance analyses and deploy an action plan
• Grow and evolve, as you will engage with your peers on a daily basis by taking part in design challenges, work closely with various functions and being coached by your Manager (Roukaya) to keep growing your skills and talents on the field
