Requirements

  • Experience in designing and creating websites on any website builder platform
  • Experience in or has a general understanding of SEO optimization and google analytics basics
  • Creative, has a keen eye for design, high attention to detail and can follow the onboarding process set by the team
  • Effective execution and management of several website projects with varying processes in a timely manner
  • Effective communication and Emotional Intelligence: outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build professional hospitality websites using an in-house builder, employing a consultative approach
  • Oversee website onboarding projects and ensure timely service delivery across multiple accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and manage task systems related to website service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with diverse customer profiles via video, email, and voice calls
  • Collaborate with website designers to deliver websites on schedule and utilize graphic design tools for brand-aligned visuals
  • Address website errors, provide support, and contribute to website service improvement initiatives
  • Manage internal escalations, handle customer complaints, and develop improved website service processes
