Website Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join IOG, a technology company focused on Blockchain research and development, as a Website Marketing Specialist. Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and Product teams to shape IOG's image through websites and digital assets. Develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring clear and compelling messaging. Work with creative teams to develop visual storytelling for the IOG homepage. Monitor and analyze the success of IOG digital assets, ideate tests and improvements, and constantly evolve the IOG website. Success requires strong collaboration across remote teams and experience in blockchain or disruptive technologies. Requirements

• Product Marketing Experience: Evidence of success (4+ years) in product marketing
• Growth Environment Experience: Experience working in a rapidly growing organization and scaling technology from early adopters to mainstream users
• Process Orientation: Experience in establishing and improving collaborative work processes
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience implementing processes to define metrics and measure the success of products that are launched

Responsibilities

• Ideate and manage strategies for the IOG website to meet business objectives
• Develop key metrics to evaluate success and form briefs for marketing materials
• Monitor and analyse the success of IOG Digital assets, ideate tests and improvements
• Work to constantly improve and evolve the IOG website to stay at the forefront of technology while meeting marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Head of Web Development to realise creative briefs for IOG digital assets
• Usage of work tracking software (Jira, Slack)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in finance or web3
• Ideally, at least 1 year of business experience of blockchain or cryptocurrency technology, ideally around L1 and L2 scaling solutions
