Requirements

  • English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work on a US/UK time zone shift
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
  • Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam: Working webcam
  • Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i3 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • Reside outside of the United States and should not hold U.S. residency or citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business and follow up filling forms every day
  • Manage and organize leads in CRM; ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date
