Summary

Join our team at The Apothecarium, a full-service medical and recreational cannabis dispensary, as we seek a Wellness Associate to provide compassionate customer service to patients. This role will involve assisting patients with cannabis recommendations, product selection, and education on various products.

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients
• Assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
