Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale business development, or a related field, preferably in the camera industry
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, effective sales closing techniques and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in English and local languages
- Have the ability to dive into data, analyze, strategize and set measurable goals
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Proactively research and identify new potential wholesale accounts, build a pipeline of new leads, and establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure excellent brand/product presentation in retail
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including negotiating contracts and agreements
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio to meet customer needs and market demands
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide marketing support to our wholesale customers
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and market positioning to maintain a competitive edge
- Proactively prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
