Summary
Join WeLink, a next-generation wireless internet service provider, as a Wireless Network Coordinator. This role involves planning and optimizing 60 GHz wireless links, ensuring network scalability and reliability, collaborating with various teams, providing technical support during deployments, and creating performance dashboards. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong technical and communication skills. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree, preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally with a wireless internet service provider
- Technical aptitude to analyze complicated structural plans and designs
- Proficiency with wireless communication technologies
- Experience creating queries and analysis of network connection points
- Intermediate Excel skills, ability to create google sheets
- Past experience with Salesforce and Monday.com
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize 60 GHz wireless links using high-resolution line of sight data
- Ensure scalability and reliability of the network through capacity analysis and optimization
- Partner with Sales, Network Engineering, and IT teams to optimize planning software and ensure deployment success
- Provide guidance during network deployment and ensure timely, quality delivery of network builds
- Ability to create custom dashboards to track performance, identify challenges, and suggest improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience creating performance dashboards and reports
- Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) would be preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various departments
