Summary

The job is a full-time opportunity as a Workday Analyst at KBS. The role involves managing, maintaining, and supporting Workday configuration and data management activities. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Workday configuration, with HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance experience required. LMS is preferred. The salary range is $100-130K and the role is remote but candidates must be able to work Eastern and Pacific hours as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday configuration
HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Manages, maintains, and supports Workday configuration and data management activities
Performs configuration analysis and design
Works closely with HRIS Director to implement designed solutions
Tests configuration solutions
Provides content configuration such as help text, notifications, etc
Updates fields in Workday
Understands impact of field updates across the system
Plans setup and executes mass data updates through EIB process
Troubleshoots issues in Workday and resolves
Creates and maintains security policy set forth by IT security and/or Application Manager
Implements Workday security in accordance with policy

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
