Summary

Join VirtualResource (VR), a boutique consultancy specializing in optimizing HR systems and Workday, as an experienced Workday® HCM Consultant. This remote role offers flexibility to manage your day while meeting objectives and client demands. You will collaborate with on-site and remote teams using various communication tools. Success requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. At least 5 years of Workday HCM configuration experience and implementation in 3+ projects are essential. A Workday certification is advantageous. The role is based remotely in Europe or the UK, requiring authorization to work without visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience with Workday HCM configuration (certification is an advantage)
• Implemented Workday for 3+ projects
• Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
• Authorized to work in the UK or Europe without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients utilize the best possible Workday® solution
• Manage your own day, meeting set objectives and client demands
• Collaborate with on-site and remote team members using IM, video calls, and an online ticketing system
• Communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams
• Explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms
• Align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality
• Proactively drive process improvements
• Maintain open communication channels with your client and team

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
• Human Resource work experience
• Customer Service work experience
• Software Design Courses
• Experience configuring letter automation in Workday
