Summary

Join Harbor as a Director of Workday HCM Services and play a client-facing role in our legal technology and optimization team. This position focuses on developing business and implementing the Workday HCM software suite, encompassing compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, learning, absence, time tracking, and payroll. You will collaborate with law firms and other professional service firms' HR teams to enhance processes, improve data accuracy, and offer insights for strategic decision-making. Leverage your expertise and network to expand our client base and deliver high-quality results. This full-time role offers remote work options from the US, Canada, or the UK. You will also contribute to building a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team.

Requirements

• Workday HCM
• Workday Integration
• Ability and/or proven record of success in implementing an HCM system
• Ability to direct a team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging and uncertain situations
• 8+ years of consulting experience and working knowledge of HCM systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

• Drive Workday business development activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development
• Identify opportunities leveraging existing client relationships and networks
• Partner with internal colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle implementation initiatives
• Leads project workstreams, including identification and documentation of business requirements
• Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, and defining support procedures
• Creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing workstreams
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback
