Workday Implementation and Systems Manager

Summary

Join Connor Group, a professional services firm, as a Workday HCM Implementation & Systems Manager. This key role involves leading the implementation of Workday HCM internally, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing system management. You will serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to meet organizational needs. Requirements

• Be Certified in Workday HCM
• Have a minimum of 10 years in Human Capital Management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules
• Have a proven track record of leading successful Workday implementations and management post go-live
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions

Responsibilities

• Actively participate, own, and execute alongside the internal team the full lifecycle of the Workday HCM implementation, including project planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Post-implementation, take responsibility for the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday system
• Act as the go-to expert for all Workday HCM-related queries and issues, providing guidance and support across the organization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance and client-facing teams, to ensure the Workday system meets the organization’s needs
• Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and business processes, implementing best practices in alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and other departments to plan and execute future Workday modules, such as Projects, FP&A planning, etc
