Join Flatfile as a Workday Program Manager to lead the expansion of our presence in the Workday ecosystem. This critical role involves designing and implementing a customized Flatfile version for seamless Workday integration, serving as a technical expert on Workday projects, and guiding system integrators and partners. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain an understanding of Workday developments, and ensure Flatfile's positioning as a preferred solution. This position requires deep Workday expertise, technical aptitude, and strong relationship-building skills. The role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Workday implementations or building tools and services to support Workday integrations
- 2+ years of experience using APIs, SDKs, and development tools
- A clear understanding of data conversion and integration is essential
- Experience in developing and configuring software solutions for complex ecosystems, such as Workday, to support tailored client needs
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a customized version of Flatfile that integrates seamlessly with Workday
- Collaborate with technical teams to define specifications that meet the unique needs of Workday SIs
- Serve as the technical expert on Workday projects, guiding system integrators and partners through successful Flatfile integrations
- Spec out solutions and ensure they align with the overarching goals of both Flatfile and Workday's ecosystem
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop Flatfile configurations that seamlessly integrate with the Workday infrastructure, ensuring a smooth, repeatable, and scalable solution
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of developments within the Workday product and ecosystem to ensure that Flatfile is the preferred solution for data onboarding and integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Create and maintain the right relationships across system integrators and independent software vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving
- Ability to creatively solve complex problems, especially those related to data onboarding and integration, within Workday environments
