Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, development, and deployment
• Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS (Vendor Management System) solutions, preferably Beeline
• Experience implementing Workday with Beeline VMS
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and experience supporting cross-functional implementations
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including HR Technology teams, project teams, and business partners
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR Technology (HCM & Integrations), HR Contingent Worker, and Implementation Project teams, to align on requirements and deliverables for the Beeline implementation
• Configure and develop changes in Workday HCM to support Beeline integration
• Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business needs
• Deploy approved configuration changes to production following established governance and change control processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption
• Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes for future reference and compliance
• Provide recommendations on configuration best practices to optimize Workday HCM functionality within the context of the Beeline implementation
