Workday Systems Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Workday Systems Analyst specializing in HCM! You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday Human Capital Management module, supporting HR functions by ensuring system reliability, process efficiency, and user adoption. This role reports to the Business Applications Manager and supports an ongoing Workday project, with potential for full-time employment after project completion. Key responsibilities include system configuration and support, business process optimization, data management and reporting, testing and issue resolution, and user support and training. The position offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic team and make a significant impact on HR operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with Workday HCM module
• Participation in at least one full Workday implementation or major system enhancement
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with Workday security and role-based permissions
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules such as Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM to meet organizational needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related HR issues
• Work with HR stakeholders to enhance and automate HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and position management
• Ensure data accuracy, manage security roles, and create reports to support HR decision-making
• Support system testing, implement fixes, and ensure seamless Workday updates
• Assist HR teams with Workday-related inquiries, create training documentation, and conduct user training sessions
