Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and systems administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, BI tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the company's financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis
- Automate manual processes to streamline workflows and reduce errors
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing data and documentation as required
