The attorney will provide guidance and training to Claims Adjusting staff in the area of workers' compensation while managing a small caseload of litigated workers' compensation cases in Nebraska and Iowa. Required qualifications include a law degree, licensure to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa, and at least 5 years of experience representing defendants in workers' compensation proceedings.

Requirements

• Law degree (JD or LLM) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa
