Summary

Join IT Concepts, Inc. as a Workforce Planning Analyst supporting the VA ESOM contract. You will work on human capital programs, coordinate recruitment, collect workforce data, and develop position descriptions. Requirements

  • AA or 2-year technical school in business discipline or similar discipline is required. (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Accountability, Analysis and Research and Attention to Detail
  • Customer Service mindset, Decision Making, Flexibility
  • Quick Learner with Integrity/Honesty, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good at reading Comprehension, Reasoning, and writing
  • Able to self-manage work, manage stress and show team-spirit
  • Willing/able to work EST hours
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Responsibilities

  • Work on VA ESOM contract human capital program, including recruitment, retention, position classification and related activities
  • Coordinate the contractor recruitment process to include all current and future workforce needs across the VA ESOM Contract
  • Collect current workforce data on staffing needs and assist recruitment activities
  • Develop position descriptions for VA ESOM Business Operations contract
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer support through close collaboration with team, including tasks for to support workforce optimization
  • Work closely with team members to assist workforce needs and upskilling requirements

  • Experience supporting a federal client
  • Experience with IT asset management
