Summary

Whatnot is a growing livestream shopping platform and marketplace looking for a Workforce Specialist to assist with reporting, schedule updates, and real-time support for their Customer Experience and Trust and Safety organizations. The role requires at least 1+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Data Analysis functions within a Customer Experience organization, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with certain software.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Data Analysis functions within a Customer Experience organization
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably a startup
• Experience working within Zendesk CRM and Sigma BI (WFM platforms such as Tymeshift or Verint is a plus)

Responsibilities

Assist with reporting, schedule updates, and real-time support for the Customer Experience and Trust and Safety organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Comp. Sci., Data Science, Statistics)
