Summary

Munich Electrification is an innovative company that develops electronic control units for electric vehicles. As a working student in People Development & HR administration, you will support the People Team in various tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, and training management.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a bachelor or master student in the fields of business administration, psychology or similar
• Enjoy taking responsibility and are not afraid of unknown situations
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Strong interest in people and employee development / HR topics
• Strong and reliable communication skills in English. German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor all legal requirements are met previous to employment
• Prepare onboarding internally
• Arrange and include future employee in relevant groups and trainings
• Offer support to future and current employees on different HR administration topics
• Support with employee benefits management
• Organize and plan trainings
• Prepare all necessary documents before employee's departure (Offboarding)
