Requirements

• Proven experience in writing for children, preferably with a portfolio of published children’s books or related content
• Strong storytelling skills with a passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and diverse narratives for children
• Ability to write in a variety of tones and styles to suit different age groups, from simple, family-oriented stories for toddlers to more complex themes for older children

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and workshop ideas for a suite of 10+ personalised children’s books
• Write engaging, age-appropriate stories that cover themes of family, milestones, inclusivity, and diversity, tailored to children aged 1-10 years
• Ensure each story allows for personalisation, including character appearance and customised text elements, while maintaining a coherent and engaging narrative
