Requirements
- Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Management
- A masterβs degree would be considered as an extra asset
- At least 4-5 Years of relevant experience, 1-2 years preferable in a Managerial Role
- Knowledge of Marriott International Systems is highly preferred
- Fluency in English
- Opera knowledge
- Experienced Booking Engine user-preferably WebHotelier
- Highly organized and detail oriented
Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations
- Ensure that all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the propertiesβ business
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
- Create and develop pricing strategies and manage all third-party distribution
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
- Analyze overall monthly sales performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies
- Manage hotel sales and marketing initiatives
- Need to work closely with other departments to ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented on daily basis
