Yield & Revenue Manager

Summary

The job is a full-time/permanent position in the Yield & Revenue department at Domes Resorts. The role involves overseeing revenue management, performing competitive benchmark studies, creating pricing strategies, and analyzing sales performance, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Management, with relevant experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Management
• At least 4-5 Years of relevant experience, 1-2 years preferable in a Managerial Role
• Fluency in English
• Opera knowledge
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations
• Ensure that all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the properties’ business
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
• Create and develop pricing strategies and manage all third-party distribution
• Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
• Analyze overall monthly sales performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies
• Need to work closely with other departments to ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented on a daily basis
• Manage hotel sales and marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• A master’s degree would be considered as an extra asset
• Knowledge of Marriott International Systems is highly preferred
• Experienced Booking Engine user-preferably WebHotelier
