- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media buying, with a strong focus on YouTube advertising
- Expertise in managing budgets, optimizing bids, and delivering measurable campaign results
- Proficiency in video marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance analytics
- Strong creative acumen, with experience collaborating on video content and ad copy development
- Familiarity with analytics tools and YouTube Ads Manager for tracking and reporting campaign performance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on building relationships and aligning objectives
- A passion for video advertising and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns with a primary focus on YouTube
- Manage campaign budgets effectively from the start, ensuring cost-efficiency and strong ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling video content and ad copy tailored to target audiences
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPV, CTR, CVR) to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies to maximize ad reach and engagement
- Use A/B testing to refine creative assets, messaging, and targeting approaches
- Stay updated on YouTube advertising best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to clients and management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align YouTube campaigns with overall marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional platforms such as Meta, TikTok, AdRoll, and programmatic advertising
