Join Paleovalley & Wild Pastures, a rapidly growing company revolutionizing health, as a Senior Media Buyer. You will focus on Paleovalley's paid media efforts, running and scaling high-performing campaigns on various platforms like TikTok and AppLovin. This role demands expertise in Meta campaigns, data analysis, and collaboration with the creative team. You'll be responsible for hitting KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and delivering performance reports. The position is full-time, fully remote with core working hours of 12 pm-8 pm CET, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in streaming media buying, particularly in e-commerce and direct response marketing, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • High level of precision with a keen eye for detail
  • 3+ years of proven success as a streaming media buyer, ideally in e-commerce and direct response marketing
  • At least 3 months of experience running successful AppLovin campaigns, preferably in a similar space
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets for reporting, analysis, and decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while staying organized and on top of priorities
  • Your own reliable computer, ready to hit the ground running
  • A direct, honest, and open communication style
  • Receptiveness to constructive feedbackโ€”both giving and receiving
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team-wide, in-person meetups

Responsibilities

  • Devote your media buying expertise solely to Paleovalley to help achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Run and scale high-performing paid campaigns on TikTok and AppLovin
  • Take full accountability for hitting KPIs and driving measurable results
  • Launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns, managing both performance and budget
  • Collaborate daily with copywriters and designers to elevate creative execution
  • Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, and iterate to improve CTRs and CVRs
  • Review landing page copy and video edits before they go live, providing clear feedback
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports using standardized templates
  • Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to inform your strategy
