Summary
Join zolar and support the acquisition of new customers, including presentations and pitches of software solutions. Negotiate contracts, directly assist clients with implementation and usage, monitor KPIs and sales targets, and develop individual customer strategies. Collaborate closely with internal teams and participate in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies. Responsibilities
- Support the acquisition of new customers, including presentations and pitches of our software solutions
- Negotiate contracts and manage them
- Directly support customers in the implementation and use of our software solutions
- Monitor and achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Develop individual customer strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Closely collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to optimally implement customer requirements
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Preferred Qualifications
- You ideally have experience in the C2C software sales area
- You know how to bring customers to a conclusion with products that require explanation
