Requirements

  • Business or HR Bachelor’s Degree (cherry on the cake if you come from engineering, economics...)
  • >2 years of related working experience in staffing industry, management consultant or training program in a top company
  • Passion for customer service and a customer centric mindset
  • Very good usage of Excel, able to define reports and understand metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities
  • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond task at hand
  • Creativity and strategic thinking necessary to master both the daily hands-on analysis and the big picture reporting strategy

Responsibilities

  • Direct contact with clients and selection team to align objectives
  • Foresee the incorporation needs of assigned clients and implement actions to successfully fill vacancies
  • Coordinate with marketing team the needs of recruitment
  • Measure the performance of processes using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Realisation and presentation of reports on progress, incidents, and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project results. Minimize risk that may arise within selection process
  • Supports overall recruiting process of key account
  • Tracks processes to accomplish client's needs
  • Leads communication with client to develop structured process
  • Foresee the incorporation needs of assigned clients and implement actions to successfully fill vacancies

The position

As a Account Coordinator you will be tasked with ensuring that we offer the best possible service to our clients. Your goal will be to deliver an excellent service to the customer and improve the  processes across all the company’s operations, to extract and implement creative solutions to our clients’ needs.

Your daily tasks will consist on providing the best service to the customer using the data, developing insights and reports and improving the service levels. You will be responsible for ensuring that your clients receive accurate and fast responses to all their questions, complaints and suggestions. You will ensure that the client needs are correctly passed to internal teams such as recruiting, legal, admin…etc.
