Account Coordinator

Summary

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus), at least one year of project coordination experience, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year project coordination experience or any appropriate combination of education and experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to track financial data
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational support to senior Client Services staff
• Work as part of a larger cross-functional team to ensure projects and services consistently meet client needs
• Assist with developing project timelines
• Update status reports
• Track budgets and other key projects as assigned

• Previous internship experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment
