Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in account or project management
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and excited about fast growth
  • Passionate about helping people
  • Ability to take initiative and make things happen
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and think strategically
  • Experience with task management tools, such as Asana

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients on Salesforce and Pardot marketing project requests, ensuring on-going client happiness and satisfaction
  • Manage client project boards and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Handle client complaints and concerns with ease and grace
  • Display empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Collaborate with and clearly communicate clients' goals and needs with internal teams
  • Maintain documentation of client sessions and processes
  • Monitor client marketing analytics and make suggestions for improvement
  • Create reports for clients as requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Lucid Charts, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc
  • Marketing: minimum of 1 year
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
