Account Coordinator - Rights

Summary

Join DAZN as an Account Coordinator in our Milan office to support the Rights team in managing key accounts, facilitate relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to exciting projects. This is an internship position where you'll have opportunities for learning and growth.

Requirements

• Interest and understanding of sports (mainly football, but also fighting, rugby, NFL..)
• Great project management skills – be able to juggle multiple projects at a time and prioritise workload where required
• Self-starter working style with motivation, commitment and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident in building processes and instructing the team on best practice
• Willing to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and to stay connected to details, whilst being confident to challenge where necessary
• Ongoing drive for learning and ability to apply new knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Rights Team with the day-to-day requirements of key accounts and priority partners
• Proactively assist the team with the creative briefing and approval process for requirements with partners and teams
• Assist the team with weekly status reports and task sheets to ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date and tasks are being achieved in line with goals and deadlines
• Assist the team in organising, attending and reporting on key internal and external meetings, as well as planning sessions, workshops and events
• Collaborate with business intelligence, analytics and finance teams to provide regular performance updates back to our partners and across the business
• Continually research industry developments, competitor programs to identify opportunities for future development and communicate effectively back to the local team and back to central
