Join Ditto's rapidly expanding Go To Market organization as an Account Development Representative. You will play an integral role in facilitating initial conversations, developing team best practices, and creating excitement about Ditto's offerings. Responsibilities include qualifying sales leads, setting meetings for the sales team, collaborating on territory plans, nurturing early-phase engagement, and consistently delivering a high level of activity. You will utilize various tools to engage prospects, track activity in HubSpot and Gong, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing. The role also involves attending industry events and meeting monthly goals. A basic technical understanding of Ditto's value proposition is required. Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, delivering high-quality, qualified leads to our team of Sales Directors
- Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Work closely with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals
- Nurture early phase engagement in order to produce future pipeline
- Consistently deliver a high level of activity, first researching, then using all tools at your disposal to engage with prospects
- This could be a mix of cold calling, strategic email and social campaigns
- Track your activity accordingly within HubSpot and Gong
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messaging
- Attend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto and engaging with customers and prospects
- Meet a minimum standard of monthly goals for both inbound and outbound meetings generated and pipeline sourced
- Understand Dittoβs value proposition and have a basic technical knowledge around the offering
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling, or working against targets
- Previous experience working in a technology start-up, or similar rapidly changing environment
