Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or English
- 2+ years working at an advertising, public relations or in-house agency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Time-management, organization and leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
- Ability to travel (10-15%) to meet with our clients

- Developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that involve research, media and planning
- Partnering with clients to determine project strategy and objectives, including go-to-market strategies and campaign executions
- Preparing and presenting media plans, analyses, and recommendations
- Establishing, maintaining and managing client budgets
- Managing all client communications and ensuring client satisfaction with overall project deliverables
- Anticipating client needs and growing business by offering new products and services
- Building strong relationships and providing unparalleled customer service
- Plan and coordinate projects, brief creative teams, and manage budgets
