Requirements

  • 9 or more years of direct response fundraising experience in an agency environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles and being accountable for either the overall success of a program or a large component of a very large program
  • Be adaptable to excelling in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Be dedicated to achieving results while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Possess excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills
  • Have client management experience
  • Have a desire to be part of a company committed to delivering groundbreaking results for mission-driven organizations and campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to work with clients to create compelling and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising
  • Maintain client satisfaction, including managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Analyze fundraising performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate in a team to provide clients with strategic direct mail marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting to ensure account success
  • Work with client teams to assist in managing resources and timelines on projects
  • Identify target audiences to drive new donor acquisition for key clients
  • Develop and manage fundraising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into fundraising efforts
  • Support business development efforts and participate in new business pitches
