  • You bring over 8 years of experience in a digital agency environment

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the success of our top client accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies for account growth, identifying upsell opportunities and new business avenues
  • Regularly communicate the value we provide through quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
  • Work in tandem with project managers to align projects with client goals
  • Partner with Directors across departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Address and resolve client issues swiftly and effectively
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients
  • Contribute to account prioritization and report progress to agency leadership
