Requirements

  • 12+ years of true enterprise sales experience (calling fortune 1000s organizations)
  • Managed 2M+ in annual existing business while also hitting growth sales targets
  • Experience in selling environments where you have multiple internal stakeholders to navigate in deal alignment
  • Experience in selling environments through a channel or partnerships team
  • Deep Knowledge of the HR software space (Talent Acquisition preferred) – viewed as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to demonstrate success as an experienced, quota-crushing, sales professional
  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM), sales automation tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and web conferencing tools such as Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Extensively blueprint and understand your book of business (key contacts, initiatives, budget cycles, historic performance, etc.) then formulate a strategic plan around how to manage and grow the partnership for each customer
  • Drive revenue by executing against strategic plans, activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, Outreach, etc.), and building relationships with the end customer and their agency of record
  • Create and maintain reliable pipeline within Salesforce CRM; Meet or exceed quota on a quarterly basis
  • Contribute ideas, positivity, strategy, and excellent work ethic to the team
  • Collaborate and work in lockstep with multiple partners both internally and externally. This includes the customer, agency of record, agency relationship manager, customer success, product strategy, data analysts, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of programmatic job advertising is a bonus
  • Has a natural curiosity about learning and HR-tech trends and has the ability to articulate solutions designed to meet new challenges and industry evolutions
  • Has existing relationships with recruitment agency contacts

  • US base salary for this full-time position is $130,000
