Summary
Join BambooHR as an Account Executive and contribute to the company's growth by bringing in new business. You will work closely with prospective clients, showcasing BambooHR's platform and potential ROI. This role involves nurturing relationships with HR professionals and executive leaders. Success in this position requires identifying and qualifying prospects, managing leads, and converting prospects into clients. Sales are conducted remotely via web conference and phone. BambooHR offers a supportive sales culture and a meaningful impact on clients' lives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Sales or SDR experience (SaaS sales experience is a plus)
- Track record of exceeding expectations
- A desire to have a successful career in sales
- Ability to articulate our value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
- Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 5 AM - 2 PM MST
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify other SMB prospects by phone and email
- Manage leads sent over from the SDR team
- Large Pipeline Coverage and responsible for the entire pipeline
- Contact white-paper leads (marketing qualified leads)
- No travel necessary! Sales are conducted via web conference and phone
Preferred Qualifications
- International Sales experience preferred
- 1+ years of Sales or SDR experience (SaaS sales experience is a plus)
- International Sales experience is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to balance being a true team player with tenacity
- Positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciation for growth from adversity)
- Coachable with a proven ability to take and implement feedback

- Proven top performer in previous work experience
