Summary

Join AchieveIt, a high-growth SaaS company in Atlanta, as a fully remote Account Executive! This lucrative role offers an OTE of $150k+, with top performers exceeding $200k. You will be responsible for managing and growing your sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, and navigating complex sales cycles. Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle software sales experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • Have a "documented" history of meeting / exceeding quotas
  • 4-year BS/BA degree
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal, and IT
  • Be at ease when presenting to groups through Zoom meetings and in-person as needed
  • Be comfortable building rapport and credibility with C, VP and Director-level executives
  • Track record of executing on a sales process, including unassisted product demos
  • Bring a competitive, confident, results-oriented personality to the team

Responsibilities

  • Direct accountability for sales results and activities within a defined territory
  • Be highly motivated, self-driven, and require minimal supervision and at the same time able to collaborate successfully in a consultative sales team approach
  • Effectively manage and grow a pipeline through individual prospecting, and nurturing of inbound marketing-sourced leads, as well as outbound SDR-sourced leads
  • Accurately forecast size and timing of deals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare and/or Higher Education experience
  • MEDDPICC experience
