Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally in healthcare and/or SaaS
- Hunter Mentality: Strong ability to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
- Sales Expertise: Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives
- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and forecast revenue
- Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication is essential
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities in the biopharma, healthcare, and life sciences sectors
- Build Pipeline: Proactively engage prospects via outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline
- Close Deals: Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to deal negotiation and closure, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Client Engagement: Present Aetionβs value proposition through compelling product demonstrations and data-driven business cases to senior decision-makers
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, solution engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that align with client needs
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position Aetion as a leader in healthcare innovation
- Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools, providing clear and consistent forecasting to leadership
- Drive Growth: Continuously identify opportunities for expansion within assigned territories or accounts, ensuring sustained revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications
Market Awareness: In-depth knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry trends and challenges is a strong plus
