Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years or more as a proven Account Executive in Sales
  • Proven success in technical sales or business development, ideally in defense tech, public safety, or aerospace sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Mission-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of complex procurement processes and customer engagement cycles
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Own regional market development and sales strategy within the assigned territory
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with end customers, strategic partners, resellers, and distributors
  • Leverage Dedrone’s relationship with Axon and other key partners to drive business opportunities
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to inform product and GTM strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to support customer success and long-term growth
  • Represent Dedrone at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements throughout the U.S
