Account Executive

Summary

Join Azul's dynamic sales team in EMEA as an Account Executive, focusing on the Benelux region. This individual-contributor role offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners exceeding $1M annually. You will cultivate client relationships, prospect for new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently close deals. The position requires extensive experience in new business sales within the specified technology sectors and the Benelux region. Requirements

• 10+ years proven experience in new business sales
• Sales experience in Cloud, Security, Java, DevOps, Java frameworks, APM, Systems Monitoring, OSS
• Proven sales experience in the Benelux region
• Demonstrated success across different product categories and industry verticals
• Experience working with Channel Partners
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communicator, influencer and presenter
• Demonstrated ability with Multi-Level selling
• Proficient in deal qualification methodologies
• Progressive and proactive use of industry sales tools and system
• Location: Netherlands
• Language: Dutch

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and engage with new and existing clients to sell our Enterprise Products: Azul Platform Core, Azul Platform Prime and Intelligence Cloud
• Prospect and work closely with Lead Development Reps to foster new opportunities
• Build a 3X quota pipeline
• Consistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Win competitive deals working closely with our Sales Engineer
