Summary

Join BigID, a leading data security and privacy tech startup, as an Account Executive in our LATAM team, focusing on southern LATAM (Chile, Argentina & Peru). You will be responsible for prospecting, driving deals, and managing the full sales cycle in this region. The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, hands-on prospecting experience, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas. This role requires strong executive selling skills, experience with global vendors, and a deep understanding of data protection regulations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • 6+ years of sales experience and prior experience working with top global vendors
  • Proven track record of at least 3 continuous years of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM models
  • Have a grounding in emerging data protection regulations like GDPR, LGPD
  • Ability to articulate and present well to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter and self-motivated - a tenacious individual who isnโ€™t afraid of taking initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business and drive growth
  • Establish positive business relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executives
  • Develop a partner ecosystem by building a plan for ACV growth tied to the regionโ€™s strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast in BigIDโ€™s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate
  • Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategies
  • Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps
  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to target commercial prospects in your assigned region
  • Own each step of the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quota expectations and key business metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Prior sales experience in the technology (SaaS) industry is preferred, Data, Security, Cybersecurity, SecOps, Risk
