Summary

Join BombBomb as a Mid-Market Account Executive and rehumanize communication through video! You will manage the full sales cycle for mid-sized clients, blending high-volume tactics with consultative strategies. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or tech environment, ideally serving mid-market clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a role blending transactional and consultative selling
  • Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including video outreach
  • Comfort engaging multiple decision-makers and navigating mid-sized organizations

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle – From lead generation to close, manage mid-market opportunities with a strategic yet efficient approach
  • Conduct Outreach – Combine high-volume tactics (calls, emails, video messages) with in-depth, consultative conversations for mid-sized deals
  • Deliver Impactful Demos – Tailor product presentations to illustrate how BombBomb’s innovative video solutions address specific business challenges
  • Drive Revenue – Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and activity metrics
  • Forecast & Pipeline Management – Accurately track opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining disciplined pipeline visibility and updates
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing for lead generation and Customer Success for seamless onboarding and retention
  • Influence Multiple Stakeholders – Navigate mid-market organizations, engaging with managers and directors to build compelling ROI narratives
