Summary

Join Brightwheel, a leading early education technology company, as an Account Executive and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality early education for every child. You will be responsible for making a high volume of cold calls to early education centers, converting leads into demos and sales, and managing your sales pipeline. This fully remote role requires fluency in Spanish and English, proven sales experience, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • You are fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
  • A proven top performer at previous companies, consistently hitting and exceeding goals
  • Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adapt
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 80-100 cold calls per day
  • Use discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospect’s pain points and convey how brightwheel can deliver value
  • Schedule and run product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs
  • Close sales and partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer implementation
  • Actively manage your pipeline, keeping information accurate, organized, and up-to-date, and regularly reflecting on key metrics
  • Collaborate with your manager to identify opportunities to improve your sales process; respond quickly and with an open mind to coaching and feedback
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior quota-carrying experience
  • Cold calling, SaaS for SMBs, and full cycle closing experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
