You will be responsible for making a high volume of cold calls daily to early education centers, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, and managing your sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills, along with experience in a commission-based environment. Requirements
- Prior quota-carrying experience
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
- A proven top performer at previous companies, consistently hitting and exceeding goals
- Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adapt
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
Responsibilities
- Conduct 80-100 cold calls per day
- Use discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospect’s pain points and convey how brightwheel can deliver value
- Schedule and run product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs
- Close sales and partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer implementation
- Actively manage your pipeline, keeping information accurate, organized, and up-to-date, and regularly reflecting on key metrics
- Collaborate with your manager to identify opportunities to improve your sales process; respond quickly and with an open mind to coaching and feedback
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Cold calling, SaaS for SMBs, and full cycle closing experience
- Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals
- Fluency in Spanish

- On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $100,000 in all U.S.-based locations, which includes an annualized base salary of $45,000 (paid hourly) and uncapped variable compensation of $55,000 based on performance. Strong performers have opportunities to unlock base and OTE increases over time
