Account Executive

Summary

Join Broadvoice's growing team as an Account Executive – Strategic Sales, working remotely from Mexico. You will be responsible for generating sales through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound calls and emails, and strategic partnerships. This role involves acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts, requiring strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach. You will evaluate customer needs, offer consultative solutions, and ensure smooth implementations. Proactive research and outreach to prospects are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, experience in the telecommunications industry (UCaaS, CCaaS), and a proven track record in B2B sales. English and Spanish proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and strategic partner relationships
• This role will include bringing in new business as well as growing existing accounts
• Drive partner relationships in the designated geography
• Evaluate customers’ UCaaS and CCaaS needs and requirements
• Get to know customers and offer consultative solutions to meet their needs
• Liaise with internal and external teams via phone and email to ensure customers have a smooth and seamless implementation
• Research and proactively reach out to prospects in target markets that align with our ICP

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience in the telecommunications industry (UCaaS, CCaaS) and in B2B sales (a plus!)
