Join Avive Solutions, Inc., a growth-stage AED company, as a full-time Account Executive. You will manage a territory in Minnesota, focusing on prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and selling to new customers. This role involves direct sales, utilizing various outreach methods including email, phone calls, and in-person visits. You will build relationships with diverse clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of outside sales experience or 2+ years selling AEDs, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in sales tools. A passion for Avive's life-saving mission is essential. The anticipated On-Target Earnings (OTE) is $200,000.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or 2+ years selling AEDs in the field
- Deep experience performing in-person sales presentations and demonstrating products (SaaS and physical products)
- Experience owning a territory, identifying decision-makers, and driving demand. Youβve developed new leads by walking into businesses to form relationships, set appointments, and demo products on the fly
- Someone willing to dive into a new project, fail fast, figure out what works, and scale efforts
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability. Positive and patient
- Curious, adaptable, and coachable, not afraid to learn about new tools, systems, and best practices that might incorporate to help our team constantly improve
- Flexible and patient. You know that new companies constantly grow and change, so reports run today might look different tomorrow

Responsibilities
- Identifying and prospecting for new customers, reaching out to potential leads (by email, heavy outbound calling, and dropping in for in-person visits and demonstrations)
- Setting-up quality sales meetings and appointments. Nurture relationships and close deals
- Regularly travel throughout your territory (approximately 20% travel)
- Coming up with creative customized outreach ideas to reach new customers
- Channel your resilience, positivity, curiosity, and passion for our mission to remain focused and determined with outreach and follow-up activities
- Build relationships with a wide variety of people, across multiple sectors and mediums. We sell to many diverse markets such as: law enforcement, Fire/EMS, large enterprise businesses, and small-medium sized businesses and organizations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling AEDs or life-safety equipment to public agencies and businesses alike
