Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in closing deals, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, and a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Direct experience working at or with a Learning Management System (LMS) and a strong background in the eLearning industry
  • Proven ability to identify and acquire new customers while expanding brand presence and driving revenue growth
  • Skilled in developing untapped or underserved territories to maximize market potential
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to create compelling presentations and build strong interpersonal connections
  • Proficient in conducting successful cold outreach initiatives across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Demonstrates a self-directed work ethic and exceptional problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new business prospects daily
  • Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly activity targets
  • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with set objectives
  • Drive the development of new business opportunities, from initial lead generation to securing successful deals
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle: initiating contact with decision-makers, evaluating potential opportunities, aligning prospects with strategic goals, and overseeing all aspects of the pitching process
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders crucial to the decision-making process
  • Exceed quarterly sales quotas through strategic selling efforts
  • Diligently track and maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and contacts within the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Deep understanding of the eLearning space, including market trends, key players, and innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate LMS solutions into broader learning and development strategies
