Account Executive

Summary

Join ClickHouse, a high-performance, open-source columnar OLAP database company, as a sales professional driving SMB and mid-market sales for ClickHouse Cloud. You will manage full-cycle deals, maintain a robust sales pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and evangelize ClickHouse's vision. This remote role, based in Bengaluru, India, requires 8-10 years of technology sales experience, strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in cloud-native environments
• Strong knowledge of AWS, ideally with Azure or GCP
• Background in GCP, AWS, or Azure partner organisations; open to talent from Google & Amazon
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract structuring skills
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

Responsibilities

• Drive SMB and mid-market sales for ClickHouse Cloud, managing full-cycle deals ($20K-$100K) within 1-2 months
• Maintain a pipeline of 40-50 deals, balancing new business development with existing customer expansion
• Build and nurture relationships, identifying and closing opportunities while managing complex sales cycles
• Evangelise ClickHouse’s vision, driving customer adoption and securing strategic commitments
• Track customer needs, purchase timelines, and forecast revenue in Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments
• Experience selling databases or cloud-based applications
• Proven success working remotely in a global, distributed team
