Requirements
- Have relevant experience or the ability to learn quickly. You either have experience with font and creative asset licensing or you can demonstrate an ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex licensing concepts to first-time buyers
- Employ a consultative, people-first sales approach. You excel at understanding client needs and can translate technical and legal product details into clear value propositions tailored to specific business requirements
- Possess a results-driven mindset with a focus on relationships. You're motivated to close deals and hit targets, while building genuine connections and long-term partnerships rather than just pursuing volume
- Have strong communication and coaching skills. You can clearly explain and teach complex concepts though your excellent communication skills, making the purchasing process understandable and approachable for clients who are new to font licensing
- Possess the ability to think strategically. You understand how to thoroughly research and penetrate target industries, exhausting opportunities within each vertical before moving to the next
- Have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently. You can effectively work with your SDR or consult with Marketing, while still understanding and building your own key verticals
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach. You thrive in environments where you need to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities, with startup or small business experience being a plus
- Demonstrate success in achieving goals. You have consistently maintained or exceeded your quotas in previous enterprise sales roles with longer sales cycles
- Have experience with complex products. Ideally, you have experience selling products that require technical explanation and education, with font licensing or digital asset experience being a significant plus
Responsibilities
- Execute our focused, industry-vertical enterprise strategy by targeting prospective and interested organizations through methodical and research-driven outreach
- Demonstrate a strong business case for Creative Market's enterprise font and creative asset licensing solutions through a consultative, educational sales process that simplifies traditionally complex concepts
- Educate prospects who are often first-time font buyers about licensing requirements and the value of compliant, enterprise-grade solutions
- Work collaboratively with your dedicated SDR, while also taking direct responsibility for finding and developing contacts within target organizations
- Perform comprehensive research on organizational structures to identify decision-makers and potential champions within target accounts
- Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline with an expected 2-3 month sales cycle, establishing opportunities within 1-2 months of engaging with new verticals
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying expansion opportunities within your book of business to grow overall revenue, and maintaining an updated pipeline and CRM revenue forecasts
