Summary
Join BambooHR as an Account Executive 2 and play a key role in expanding our presence across the EMEA region. You will build relationships with potential clients, manage the sales process, generate leads, identify client needs, and work with the team to close deals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. This remote position requires 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales, and a willingness to work a 5 AMโ2 PM MST schedule. Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales
- Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to work a 5 AMโ2 PM MST schedule to accommodate international clients
- Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos
- Drive & Persistence: A strong desire to succeed and the ability to manage objections and push through challenges
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Coachability: Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach
- Location : You are located in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system
- Address Customer Needs: Understand client needs and present tailored BambooHR solutions to solve their challenges
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process
- Negotiate & Close Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to a close
- Continuously Learn: Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance
Preferred Qualifications
- International Experience: Prior work with global accounts or familiarity with the EMEA region is a plus
- Customer Focused: Understanding of BambooHRโs value and ability to communicate this to clients
- Organized: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects at once
- Positive Attitude: Energetic and enthusiastic, bringing a positive approach to the team
