Summary
Join Fundraise Up as a dynamic SMB Account Executive and be a part of a team reimagining the fundraising platform. You will be responsible for selling B2B tech solutions to mid-sized organizations, building a high-value sales pipeline, and managing all stages of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of B2B SMB/MM tech sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and strong presentation and negotiation skills. This remote position offers a competitive base salary ($75,000 - $80,000), OTE ($125,000 - $145,000), stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work closely with the SMB Sales Manager and collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships teams. The role requires navigating complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders to secure buy-in.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in B2B SMB/MM tech sales
- Experience selling 5-figure deals
- Consistency in exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while simultaneously achieving leading key performance indicators
- You thrive in constantly changing and evolving work environments
- Experience managing a complex sales cycle that can range 6 months
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple teams across complex organizations
- Strong presentation skills with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving commercial agreements
- Superior verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Work in tandem with the SMB Sales Manager to evangelize and sell our solution to new organizations
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage a high-value sales pipeline, including self sourcing 4+ opportunities monthly
- Managing all stages of the sales cycle, including participating in RFPs from prospective customers
- Act cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships to uncover new lead sources
- Skillfully delivering web-based (Zoom) and in-person presentations by leveraging strong product knowledge and sales best practices
- Selling to directors and VP level executives and navigating through multiple decision makers in complex orgs to secure buy-in
- Working closely with a team of BDRs to provide strategic direction and feedback
- Crushing your sales goals...and being well-compensated for doing so
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the SPICED methodology and framework
